The Executive Assistant anticipates needs, manages priorities with accuracy, and enables effective collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders. The role requires a highly reliable and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently, exercises sound judgment with limited guidance, and demonstrates strong self-management, ownership, and organizational skills.
The Executive Assistant also leverages digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and continuously improve ways of working.
Executive Support and Priority Management
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials.
Stakeholder and Relationship Management
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
Team Integration and Operational Coordination
Provide operational support across the Risk Management function.
Budget, Vendor and Administrative Management
Coordinate travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
