• Manage the Group CRO's complex and dynamic calendar and act as gatekeeper for competing demands.
• Coordinate executive correspondence and monitor key action items across the risk function.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and meeting materials for leadership.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Participate in leadership meetings, track actions and decisions, and support risk-management engagements.
• Assist with budget preparation, invoices, expenses and vendor documentation, and travel logistics.
• Leverage Copilot, AI tools, and automation to streamline workflows and summarize meetings.
