We are looking for a motivated, hands-on intern to support our Executive and Team Assistance functions and help keep the day-to-day operations of an international philanthropic organization running smoothly. The internship is primarily administrative and coordination-focused. It offers practical exposure to foundation operations, executive support, board and meeting preparation, communications, and selected project activities in a philanthropic environment.

We are seeking a reliable, organized intern who enjoys working in a structured, service-oriented role and wants practical experience in administration, office coordination, and foundation operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working across different tasks, and eager to learn how a mission-driven organization operates behind the scenes. Your support will be required in:
- ¥ Executive and team assistance: Support the Executive and Team Assistance functions with daily coordination, correspondence, scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
- ¥ Administrative coordination: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, filing, database updates, contact lists, internal records, and general office organization.
- ¥ Meeting and board preparation: Help prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, supporting documents, and logistics for internal, board, and committee meetings.
- ¥ Operational support: Support ongoing internal processes, project tracking, coordination across teams, and the preparation of materials needed for smooth organizational workflows.
- ¥ Communication and content support: Assist with drafting, proofreading, formatting, and updating selected written materials such as short news items, website content, presentations, internal updates, and correspondence.
- ¥ Event and stakeholder logistics: Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, events, travel arrangements, guest visits, and related logistics.
- ¥ Foundation and project exposure: Provide administrative and coordination support to selected philanthropic projects and gain insight into the processes underlying effective grant-making, foundation governance, and partner engagement.
- ¥ Digital tools and process improvement: Help use digital and AI-supported tools to improve administrative efficiency, knowledge management, document preparation, and internal coordination.
