LocalPoint is seeking a hands-on Operations/Delivery lead to ensure products, features, and initiatives ship on a weekly cadence. You will own shipping initiatives end-to-end, track blockers, and push teams to deliver small, incremental slices while escalating when needed.

The role requires a bias to action, comfort with pushing the founder, and a startup-hardened generalist mindset focused on delivering outcomes.

Your job is to make sure nothing stays blocked because “we needed input”, “we needed support”, or “we were waiting”.
