Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal system design.
• Automotive industry experience with understanding of global thermal regulations.
• Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; PhD advantageous.
• Proficient with MATLAB, Dymola, GT-Suites and 1D simulation; Python or R programming.
• Experience managing suppliers/partners for subsystems.

• Lead the vehicle thermal system development and design of thermal modules using sustainable refrigerants.
• Collaborate with simulation, design, test and control engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Specify, define, evaluate and validate submodules and components to meet performance goals.

• Integrate simulation insights and AI tools to refine system designs.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
