Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is expanding its Store Construction team at the EMEA HQ in Geneva. The Project Manager Store Construction will lead openings, refits and partner-store projects across Europe, coordinating with architects, partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to the brand concept.

The role requires travel across Europe, strong budget and schedule discipline, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, SharePoint and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent time and budget management skills.
• Very well organized and able to prioritize deadlines and stakes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD to read and adjust plans.
• Experience with Excel, SharePoint and Smartsheet for cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from A to Z, from data collection to final handover.
• Manage several projects in parallel across different countries.
• Collaborate with architects to design spaces and adjust plans in AutoCAD.
• Request, validate and negotiate quotes to secure best conditions with suppliers.
• Track construction sites and costs, protect opening deadlines.
• Travel regularly to sites across Europe to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to budget per m², consistency of retail concept and on-time delivery.
• Help improve processes to increase team efficiency.
