Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company in Geneva is seeking a Project Manager Store Construction to lead openings, refits across Europe, reporting to Principal Real Estate Specialist. This role requires travel and collaboration with architects, external partners, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with retail standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is important; English mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing construction projects across multiple countries.
• Deliver projects on time and within budgets and brand standards.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD to read and adjust technical plans.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from A to Z, from data collection to final handover.
• Manage several projects in parallel across different countries.
• Work with architects to design spaces and adjust plans in AutoCAD.
• Track construction sites and costs, and ensure on-time openings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet guidelines.
• Travel regularly to sites across Europe.
