Qualifications

• 7+ years in compliance, ethics, or internal audit across multiple European countries.
• Experience running transfers of value disclosures and EFPIA codes.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of our compliance program across European markets.
• Conduct routine monitoring and controls, produce reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Track and report compliance metrics, KPIs, and program effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy trainings on compliance processes and logistics.
• Own annual transfers of value disclosure cycle: data collection, consent, sign-off, publication.
• Support investigations and document follow-up actions.
• Maintain review/approval for key compliance activities.
• Maintain European policies and SOP lifecycle: drafting, review, translation, distribution.
• Stay current on European regulatory developments and assess impact.
