• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-tech industrial environments such as semiconductor or vacuum technology.
• Proven track record leading regional commercial organizations with multi-country responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Europe’s semiconductor/vacuum ecosystem.
• Experience managing strategic OEM or key account relationships at executive level.
• Ability to forecast, review financials, and drive operational management in a global matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Europe & RoW commercial organization across multiple countries and business units.
• Own regional performance: revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, and reviews.
• Drive profitable growth across Semiconductor, Advanced Industrial Vacuum, and Global Service.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Translate global strategies into regional go‑to‑market plans and KPI discipline.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations, IT and Business Units.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning within the regional team.
• Lead with influence, aligning stakeholders without relying on hierarchy.
