Job summary

VAT Group, a global leader in vacuum solutions, seeks a GSE Product Manager for its Global Services Unit. You will shape the product portfolio across international markets, drive life‑cycle activities from new introductions to sustainment and phase‑outs, and translate market needs into strategic customer and product plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education.
• Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or proven record of accomplishment in a commercial position.
• Experience in product management within a high tech international environment.
• Fluent business English skills written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and know how to further building our customer trust and loyalty.
• Ability to provide fact driven solutions and to translate the market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales & service with regards to all technical & commercial & operational aspects.
• Developing service product & customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence.
• Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans.
• Identify customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development (spare parts, repair programs, upgrades & retrofits).
• Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product families, as well as for assigned customers / key accounts and the regions.
