Stadler in Switzerland seeks a technically skilled professional to commission and provide support for ETCS and railway signalling systems on rail vehicles.

You will deliver remote and on-site interventions, prepare technical reports and test records, plan commissioning activities and system tests, and train customer teams while collaborating with customers, suppliers and cross-functional project teams across national and international environments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training (Automation/Electronics/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• HF or FH level education is an advantage.
• Initial professional experience in commissioning, service engineering or integration of railway systems.
• Knowledge of ETCS or railway signalling systems is an asset.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% within Switzerland and across Europe.
• Fluent German and good English skills

Aufgaben

• Commissioning and technical support of ETCS system and signalling systems on rail vehicles
• Providing customer support throughout the warranty and operational phases
• Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues using ETCS logs, JRU data, and vehicle diagnostic tools
• Preparing technical reports, test records, and documentation
• Delivering remote support and performing on-site technical interventions at customer locations
• Planning and executing commissioning activities, system tests, and training sessions
• Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams in both national and international environments
