Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to deliver and support Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP for Finance Operations, Intercompany, AR/AP/GL, and related modules. Location: Neuchâtel, on-site; travel may be required for Oracle Fusion initiatives.

Strong collaboration with global teams is essential. The role demands 10+ years in enterprise applications and 7+ years in Oracle EBS, plus SQL proficiency and process modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.x in Finance, VAT and accounting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and intercompany modules.
• Strong ability to model business processes and capture requirements.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise software (on-premise and cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Neuchatel functional teams and Irvine Oracle team.
• Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects.
• Participate in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation phases and rollouts.
• Analyze business processes and design improvements for finance and operations.
