Job summary

vVARDIS, a Swiss-based oral health innovator in Zug, seeks a Domain Architect Finance & Supply Chain to own ERP landscape across Finance and Supply Chain. You will translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions, review designs, and collaborate with QA/RA, IT and external partners to build an ERP environment that scales with the company.

You will lead SOX IT controls, ensure GxP validation, and drive a unified target design and roadmap across functions while leveraging AI tools for

Qualifications

Led D365 Finance & Supply Chain architecture or equivalent ERP designs with governance.
Able to challenge partner designs and defend SOX/GxP controls with clear acceptance criteria.
Capable of producing validation evidence and audit-ready documentation for changes.
Fluent in English and able to communicate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Own ERP requirements for Finance and Supply Chain with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria.
Act as design authority, reviewing changes before go-live.
Align Finance, Supply Chain, QA/RA and IT on target design and roadmap.
Manage implementation partners, scope, estimates, and delivery quality.
Own SOX IT general controls and key reports for finance.
Ensure GxP processes remain validated under EU GMP Annex 11 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Coordinate regression testing for mandatory service updates.
