Elis is seeking a Billing & Customer Data Manager (m/f/d) at its Bern headquarters. The role combines invoicing, master data maintenance and customer contract data in ERP systems, with collaboration across sales and customer service to ensure accurate billing for Switzerland.

The ideal candidate brings billing or internal sales experience, ERP affinity, and fluency in German plus French or English, with precise, reliable work and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial basic training or similar education.
• Several years of professional experience in billing, internal sales or customer service, etc.
• Understanding and interest in ERP systems as well as affinity for financial processes.
• Good user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French and/or English.
• Confident communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Independent, precise and reliable working style.
• Team-oriented, motivated and positive personality with a flair for numbers.

Aufgaben

• Preparation of monthly contract‑compliant invoices and credit notes for the various operations throughout Switzerland.
• Ensuring the correct representation of customer contracts in our ERP systems.
• Assessment of customer orders in close cooperation with customer service and the sales department.
• Qualitative checking, recording and maintenance of customer master data.
• Preparation of evaluations for specialist departments as well as customers.
• Regular updating of master data.
