Equity Analyst & Portfolio Manager

A wealth management firm is seeking a motivated and dynamic Equity Analyst & Portfolio Manager to join its growing Zurich office.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment, contributing directly to the firm's client business.

Role Overview

In this diverse and challenging role, you will report to the Group CIO and:

  • Conduct bottom-up investment research across global asset classes and securities, with a focus on equities.
  • Develop investment theses and present them to the investment committee.
  • Participate in portfolio construction, daily management of multi-asset portfolios, and risk monitoring.
  • Execute trades and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Contribute to regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Occasionally meet with clients and prospects to communicate the firm's investment philosophy and portfolio rationale.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equity research, portfolio management, and trading.
  • Excellent academic or professional credentials (CFA or similar preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, equities, and fixed income.
  • Experience with US regulatory/tax environment - must have.
  • Excellent command of English (native level preferred); Spanish is a plus.
  • A genuine team player, analytical and proactive, with strong communication skills.
  • Resident of Switzerland (minimum B permit) or an EU citizen.
