Zusammenfassung

FORFIRM is seeking a Network & Security Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure team in Switzerland. You will maintain and evolve the organization's network and security infrastructure, ensuring reliability, operational continuity, and compliance with security standards.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners, support day-to-day operations and infrastructure improvement projects, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service availability.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in managing enterprise network and security infrastructures.
• Independent and able to manage both operational and project activities.
• Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for network and security environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into effective infrastructure solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure changes, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Administer and maintain digital certificates and related security services.
• Coordinate activities with third-party vendors responsible for network services and infrastructure management.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure service availability and incident response.
• Perform data center cabling activities and installation of network and security equipment when required.
