Hexagon Robotics is seeking an Engineering Manager Software (f/m/d) to lead the Mission Control software team. You will guide a group of engineers, contribute to core design and implementation in C++/Python on Linux, and align architectural direction with the Tech Lead.

You will drive hiring, coaching, and delivery, ensuring quality and reliability across units, with a focus on scalable, maintainable robotics software and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven line management experience with people leadership and growth.
• Hands-on software engineering background in C++ and/or Python on Linux.
• Experience designing and shipping complex distributed or real-time systems.
