The candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering, strong knowledge of combustion engines, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Solid experience in engine development or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of combustion engines and DVPNr methodology.
• Strong MS Office skills and advanced knowledge of ERP and data analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset, reliability, resilience under pressure and team spirit.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• You are in charge of tests to be carried out in the workshop and on the test bench for validation of engine components across development phases.
• You analyze measurement results and report them in standardized documents.
• You validate and share reports with teams concerned at interdisciplinary level.
• You collaborate closely with component technicians.
• You transform validation needs into appropriate test cycles and plan tests with clear deviations or blockers.
• You support and are involved in resolution of problems related to engine components.
• You participate in continuous improvement of test procedures, processes and document standardization.
