Job-Room in Switzerland is seeking a qualified engineer to lead tests in the workshop and test bench for validating engine components through all development phases, ensuring progression from prototype to pre-production.

You will analyze measurement results, share reports with cross‑functional teams, collaborate with component technicians, and transform validation requests into concrete test cycles while planning tests and tracking deviations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Solid experience in engine development.
• Advanced knowledge of combustion engines and DVPNr methodology.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct tests in the workshop and on the test bench for engine component validation throughout development phases.
• Analyze measurement results and report them in standardized documents.
• Validate and share reports with interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with component technicians.
• Collect test requests and validation plans, transform them into test cycles.
• Plan tests and manage deviations and blockers transparently.
• Support resolution of problems related to engine components.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test procedures and document standardization.
