PAVE Space SA. is seeking a mission analysis engineer to own end-to-end mission design for LYOBA. You will translate customer payloads and target orbits into feasible trajectories and write credible responses for, and with, our customers.

Based in Villeneuve (VD), you will deliver rapid, rigorous analyses under deadlines, while developing a reference library of mission scenarios for faster future responses. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Formación

• 3–6 years in mission analysis, mission design, or spacecraft and launch systems engineering.
• Comfortable owning feasibility end-to-end and putting your name on the answer.
• You can sit in front of a customer and own the technical story, not just hand it to sales.
• Quick and rigorous under deadline; an RFP answer that's late is an RFP answer that's lost.
• Fluent English (our working language); French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own mission design end to end: build trajectory, delta‑V budget, sizing from a payload and target orbit.
• Conduct trade studies to convert hypotheses into scoped, defendable missions.
• Narrate the mission story for customer-facing presentations and proposals; write RFP and proposal sections.
• Translate customer CONOPS and requirements into concrete LYOBA mission architectures.
• Build a reference library of mission scenarios for faster future responses.
