Job summary

Qualifications

• Expérience dans des environnements premium ou fine-dining privilégiée.
• Connaissance des normes de service en restaurant et bar.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, le français est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Fournir un service efficace et professionnel en restaurants et bars.
• Aider à la mise en place, prise de commandes et service.
• Soutenir les étudiants dans le développement des compétences de service pendant la formation.
• Assurer le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
• Participer à l'innovation du service et aux événements spéciaux.
• Signaler les besoins opérationnels aux superviseurs ou managers.
• Contrôler la production quotidienne, gérer les quantités.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars
• Assist with mise en place, order taking, and service delivery
• Support students in developing service skills during training
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Participate in service innovation and special events
• Report operational needs to supervisors or managers
• Control the daily production, manage the quantities

Profile and experiences:

• Professional diploma in hospitality or service preferred
• Training in food & beverage service or bartending is an advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in food & beverage service
• Previous experience in premium or fine-dining environments preferred
• Knowledge of basic restaurant and bar service standards
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
