Schroders is seeking an Emerging Talent Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Zurich to lead our graduate, intern and placement programmes. You will own attraction, assessment, onboarding and ongoing development, partnering with universities and suppliers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Build and deliver attraction plans for emerging talent programmes aligned to workforce needs.
• Drive diverse sourcing strategies and partnerships.
• Represent Schroders at external industry events and campus activities.
• Manage relationships with universities, suppliers and assessment partners.
• Lead supplier performance, SLAs and renewal recommendations.
• Coordinate attraction events with third-party partners.
• Champion innovative recruitment methodologies and process improvements.
• Develop external networks to inform trends.
