Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Digital Lead in the Zuchwil region to strengthen analytics, reporting, and digital tools across the Trauma and Extremities Supply Chain portfolio. You will drive data analytics and digital capabilities to accelerate portfolio segmentation, COGS improvement, and project management.

The role requires a minimum of four years in supply chain analytics, strong data curiosity, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience
• Supply Chain experience
• Strong data curiosity and analytical acumen, capable of translating data into actionable insights for leadership
• Hands-on experience deploying digital/analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau
• Ability to present complex information simply for a leadership audience
• Demonstrated success influencing others across a complex organization and working in ambiguity

Aufgaben

• Leverage analytical tools to analyze SKU portfolio and support End of Life reviews
• Partner with Finance on COGS/PPV analytics and track roadmap progress with DRIs
• Implement digital tools enabling recurring project financial reporting
• Develop and own performance reporting mechanisms (Power BI dashboards) for Portfolio initiatives
• Create learning materials and trainings to drive change management with new reports/tools
