Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Portfolio Analytics & Digital Lead to strengthen analytics, reporting, and digital tools across the trauma and extremities supply chain. You will enhance portfolio segmentation, COGS improvements, and project management with advanced data analytics.

You will work across countries, partner with Finance on COGS, and develop Power BI dashboards and digital reports. Expect up to 10% travel and engagement with leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience.
Supply Chain experience.
Strong data curiosity and analytical acumen; translate findings for leadership.
Hands-on experience deploying digital/analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Excel and Tableau.

Aufgaben

Leverage analytical tools to analyze SKU portfolio and optimize End of Life reviews.
Partner with Finance on COGS and PPV analytics; establish metrics for roadmap progress.
Implement digital tools enabling recurring project financial reporting.
Develop and own performance reporting mechanisms (Power BI dashboards).
Create learning materials and trainings to drive change management for new reports.
