Zusammenfassung

JCI is seeking a senior Operations Excellence leader to own end-to-end systems performance across the EMEA region. You will partner with regional and domain heads to define roadmaps, drive standardization, and push continuous improvement initiatives that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proven track record in project management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Certified Six Sigma/Lean practitioner preferred.
• Experience driving change in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership with influence across teams and levels.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive operational excellence across EMEA Systems to enable growth and profitability.
• Partner with regional and domain leaders to develop roadmaps and implement process improvements.
• Act as a business champion, escalation point, and SME to maximize adoption of standard processes and tools.
• Lead end-to-end operations excellence, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Track KPIs, identify trends/risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support and drive data analytics self-serve and process automation initiatives.
