Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong strategic underwriting skills in the structured underwriting space.
• Experience in developing markets and clients within ART.
• Expertise in large corporate risks and complex structured transactions.
• Proven ability to implement sales distribution and channel management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with senior negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global ART strategy for EMEA in underwriting and business development.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying market opportunities and new client segments.
• Close key transactions with target clients and develop market management tools.
• Lead new product developments for select ART opportunities and interface with Allianz Group products.
• Represent ART internally and externally from a Senior Underwriting perspective.
• Build long-term relationships with client and broker contacts and collaborate with other functions.
• Develop market insights, KPIs, and SLAs to steer global and local performance.
