Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking an experienced Deal Manager to own a portfolio of ART transactions in Wallisellen, near Zurich. You will coordinate with Underwriting, Finance, and Claims to ensure accurate policy administration and timely deal execution.

In this hybrid, full‑time role, you’ll monitor contract features, perform KYC checks, drive process improvements, and coach junior team members while reporting to the Global Head of Deal Services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in insurance operations or related fields.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting and booking processes for insurance transactions.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of bound ART transactions and onboarding of new deals.
• Coordinate deal activity across lifecycle with Underwriting, Finance and Claims.
• Monitor contract features and ensure accurate policy administration in systems.
• Perform KYC checks for new counterparties; support cash management activities.
• Prepare quarterly controls and drive process improvements across the portfolio.
• Coach junior team members and share best practices.
