You will mentor a team, translate system requirements into software specifications, and ensure high-quality results through model-based development and structured planning.

You will partner with cross-functional engineers and stakeholders, promote best practices, and take ownership of delivery from planning to execution in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Embedded Software Development and successful project execution.
• Strong hands-on expertise with C++ in embedded environments.
• Advanced experience with Matlab/Simulink and model-based development.
• Proven track record leading engineers and driving delivery in technical projects.
• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering, translating system requirements into software specifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers with focus on quality, estimation, and delivery.
• Act as interface between system requirements and software specifications
• Drive embedded software development projects from planning through execution
• Translate business and system needs into robust software solutions
• Lead sub-projects including estimation, planning, risk management, and progress tracking
• Support model-based development and automatic code generation for embedded targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and continuous improvement
