Kepstronic in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineering Intern to support the design, assembly and testing of electrical and electronic systems for a light aircraft prototype.

You will create schematics, wiring diagrams, assemble cables, select components, perform soldering, design PCBs, and troubleshoot prototypes, with emphasis on attention to detail and practical assembly skills.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related field
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics
• Good soldering, crimping and practical assembly skills
• Basic knowledge of electronics and PCB design
• Careful working style and attention to detail

Aufgaben

• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and connector pinouts
• Design and assemble cables and wiring harnesses
• Select wires, connectors, contacts and electronic components
• Crimp contacts, assemble connectors and perform soldering work
• Design simple adapter and interface PCBs
• Assemble, modify and test electrical and electronic prototypes
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using laboratory equipment
• Prepare BOMs and manufacturing documentation
