Zusammenfassung

LV Aero, LLC is seeking an Electro Technician to assemble and install wiring looms and harnesses within custom-built furniture and aircraft interiors. You will work from 3D models to the finished installation, ensuring compliance with drawings, aviation regulations, and demanding quality standards.

You will interact with manufacturing and system integration teams, perform testing with proper equipment, and support process improvements while maintaining high precision and safety in a late shift

Qualifikationen

• Electrical apprenticeship or basic electrical diploma (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and manufacturing drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and measuring tools.
• Experience with aerospace materials and related tools is preferred.
• English proficiency at minimum B1 (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Your mission

• Integrates all water‑system tubes, components, and units into the required furniture according to drawings, technical procedures, and instructions from supervision or management.
• Performs leak checks and pressure tests on the system after integration, following relevant processes and drawings.
• Works collaboratively and effectively with the integration, cabinet, and electrical teams.
• Cuts various materials to specified dimensions based on 3D and 2D engineering drawings.
• Assembles small brackets, sub‑assemblies, and complete assemblies.
• Supports and learns from experienced team members to enhance quality workmanship.
• Assists Leads in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance on conventional stationary machinery.

Position Summary

Our Cabinet and Electro Shops work hand in hand to create lightweight, high-quality furniture that combines functionality, craftsmanship, and precision engineering. From concept to completion, every detail is tailored to meet the highest standards of luxury and customization in aircraft interiors. As an Electro Technician , you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical wiring looms and harnesses within custom-built furniture and interior monuments — ensuring compliance with all technical drawings, aviation regulations, and quality standards. You will work from 3D models through to the finished installation, supporting both manufacturing and system integration processes in our state-of-the‑art workshops.

Late shift pattern: 5 days, Monday to Friday - 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m

Your profile

• Electrical apprenticeship or basic electrical diploma (or equivalent experience).
• Proven knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical and manufacturing drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and measuring tools.
• Experience working with aerospace materials and related tools preferred.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to quality standards.
• English proficiency: minimum B1 level (written and spoken) .
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable, self‑motivated, and calm under pressure.
