Zusammenfassung

CERN's EN-EL-DDO offers a support electrical designer role focusing on LV distribution design and documentation. You will create and modify electrical drawings, size cables, perform protection studies, and support senior designers. You will also handle quality tasks like template maintenance and printing office management.

With time you will take on more complex design tasks and contribute to the Design Office's quality processes in a fully onsite environment at CERN in Geneva.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in LV distribution design, cable sizing and selectivity studies.
• Drawings produced in AutoCAD or similar.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare design drawings with CAD software.
• Prepare calculation notes with ElecCalc/Caneco BT or similar.
• Prepare bills of material and cabling tables in Excel.
• Update design templates in Excel.
• Perform general quality tasks in the design office.
