Job summary

Expleo Switzerland in Visp is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for industrial environments, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements.

You will design power distribution networks, size installations, and work with GMP standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complete design packages for pharmaceutical and process industries. Fluency in English; German a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–10 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical installations and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical infrastructure for industrial facilities.
• Develop electrical power distribution networks and architectures.
• Perform electrical calculations and sizing of installations.
• Design and specify UPS systems.
• Produce, updating, and maintaining engineering and technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure GMP compliance and applicable industry standards.
