Zusammenfassung

EHL’s EdTech Project Manager will lead analysis, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of educational technology to support teaching, learning, and academic operations. You will bridge academic, business, and technology teams, ensuring LMS and content platforms are effectively delivered and adopted.

The role requires hands-on PM experience, strong knowledge of LMS and learning platforms, and a passion for AI-driven education within a leading hospitality institution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/EdTech or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of project management experience in educational technology or similar.
• Proven experience implementing and managing LMS.
• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and content management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Analyze EdTech and AI needs to identify solutions for teaching and operations.
• Lead implementation and management of LMS, content management, and learning experiences.
• Manage projects end-to-end: timelines, budgets, resources, risks, vendors.
• Collaborate with academic, business, and tech stakeholders for adoption and improvement.
• Drive AI adoption while aligning with policies and standards.
• Provide training and change management to maximize adoption.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction for improvements.
• Stay updated on EdTech, AI, multimedia, and content standards.
