Zusammenfassung

Epiq is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Specialist to join our Zurich team on a 6-month contract with potential extension. You will support project work across the EU, ensure proper data handling, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining chain of custody, exporting deliverables, troubleshooting, and using industry tools like Relativity, Ringtail, and Nuix. Strong communication and IT background required.

Qualifikationen

• You will have direct exposure to clients and must demonstrate exceptional professionalism and outstanding communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as a team player and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously from a technical and client facing aspect.

Aufgaben

• Participate in consultation with the client to discuss project specifications, workflow and/or issues.
• Maintain proper chain of custody at all times.
• Export and package deliverables for review platforms or subsequent processing.
• Provide troubleshooting services to clients.
• Develop, enhance and maintain operational processes and procedures for collection and processing of sources.
• Provide daily status reports to Project Managers or client.
• Document actions taken while performing data collection and processing tasks.
• Maintain tracking reports for all data collected and processed.
• Possibly work additional hours to meet obligations.
• Perform data collections using industry standard tools such as Discovery Accelerator, M365 Purview, etc.
