Zusammenfassung

Experis Schweiz seeks an experienced Data Management Architect to lead the IDMC-based enterprise data ecosystem, focusing on governance, catalog, and data quality. You will design metamodels, configure workflows, and integrate quality controls with governance frameworks.

Strong modelling and data management skills are required, with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and mentor teammates. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience with Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) or Axon Data Governance (On-Prem solution) and Metadata command centre.
• Experience with CAI/CDI, Data Quality and Profiling, and Data Marketplace is a big plus.
• Proven track record in Data Modelling and Data Management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in business language.
• Experience translating business requirements into the right solution within the tool.
• Ability to configure/implement and support team members with implementation.
• Planning of new services/features and experience in workflow automation.
• Certifications related to Data Governance and Catalog.
• Strong team player with high self-motivation and customer orientation.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical implementation of the Enterprise Data Management Ecosystem with IDMC based on Data Governance, Catalog and Data Quality.
• Design and maintain the metamodel (conceptual and physical).
• Implement and configure workflows and UI in IDMC like dashboards and search queries.
• Integrate Data Quality with Data Governance and Catalog.
• Design and implement CAI processes.
• Support in documenting infrastructure, security, service and operations assets.
• Support in managing and ordering of IAM roles/packages.
• Advise on Reference Data Design and implementation (ideally).

Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation of the Enterprise Data Management Ecosystem with IDMC mainly based on Data Governance, Catalog and Data Quality

Design and maintain the metamodel (combination of conceptual and physical)

Implement and configure workflows and UI in IDMC like dashboards, search queries

Integrate Data Quality with Data Governance and Catalog

Design and implement CAI processes

Ideally also support Reference Data Design and implementation

Support in documenting infrastructure, security, service and operations assets

Support in managing and ordering of roles / IAM packages

Qualifications

Solid experience with Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) or Axon Data Governance (On-Prem solution), as well as with Metadata command centre

Experience with Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Data Quality and Profiling as well as Data Marketplace is a big plus

Proven track record in Data Modelling, Data Management

Understanding of business user needs and documenting requirements; being able to explain technical processes/concepts in business language

Experience in translating business requirements in the right solution into the tool

Ability to configure/implement as well as support other team members with implementation

Planning of new services / featuresas well as experience in workflow automation

Certifications related to Data Governance and Catalog

Strong team player with a very high level on self-motivation

Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in providing solutions

Fluent in English (written and verbal); German language skills are a plus
