Johnson Health Tech is seeking an Ecommerce Data & Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure supporting our omnichannel business across ecommerce, CRM, marketing, POS, ERP, and operations.

You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, collaborate with ecommerce, digital product, marketing, and leadership, and help drive data-driven decisions with scalable pipelines and robust reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4-year degree in CS/DS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data transformation.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines across ecommerce, CRM, ERP, and analytics.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, normalization, and reporting.
• Create centralized dashboards for ecommerce metrics and customer analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Maintain data models, schemas, and reporting standards.
