The University of Bern invites applications for an Early PostDoc affiliated with NCCR CLIM+. You will research drought management and water conflicts across sectors under climate extremes, with a focus on Swiss case studies and applying social science methods such as social network analysis, content analysis, and process tracing.

Collaboration spans political science, ethics and sustainability transitions; you will work with stakeholders in living labs and focus groups, and communicate findings

Qualifikationen

• PhD in political science, social sciences, environmental social sciences.
• Interest in droughts, climate extremes and their societal impacts; water conflicts.
• Interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary mindset.
• Excellent English; willingness to engage with stakeholders (living labs, focus groups), fluency in German or French.
