Bank Vontobel offers a 6-month Early Careers Internship starting 1 March 2027 in Zurich. You will gain hands-on experience in international market development, supporting finance and market management teams, and collaborating across front-office activities.

The program emphasizes AI‑assisted research, market analysis, and the creation of impactful materials. English fluency is required; German/French/Italian are a plus. Zurich location with paid compensation is provided.

What would your role be?

• Supporting the design and implementation of international market development initiatives, including potential marketing activities.
• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Preparing management presentations and business materials.
• Documenting and optimizing business processes, particularly for the US & Latam market.
• Coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives across international EAM markets
• Collaborate across teams, particularly with Business Management and Market Management.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of front-office activities.

What you need to apply

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field.

You have a genuine interest in the financial sector.

You are fluent in English, written and spoken. German, French or Italian is a plus.

You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.
