Zusammenfassung

Job-Room's R&D group in Switzerland develops hearing solutions and software for professionals. As a Software Engineer DSP - Tools & Infrastructure, you will drive the design, implementation and maintenance of SW tools for embedded audio signal processing and model-based development across multi-processor systems.

You will collaborate with teams, gather requirements, promote best practices, and ensure modular, maintainable architectures. Fluent English; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in embedded software systems.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB/Simulink and embedded toolchains.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and evolve software development tools for model-based and embedded functional software for signal- and neural-network processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for tool design and implementation.
• Actively support communication between tool developers and tool users.
• Drive software engineering best practices through design reviews, guidelines, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural qualities such as modularity, maintainability and extensibility.
