Sunflower Labs in Zurich-Stallikon is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to assemble, inspect, configure and test drones and base stations for the Beehive system. You will follow drawings and test procedures, document results and help improve assembly processes.

Qualifikationen

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with screws, fasteners, torque and measurement tools.
• Experience using a multimeter is preferred.
• Reading assembly instructions and following test procedures precisely.
• Basic English communication and careful, reliable work style.

Aufgaben

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical parts.
• Build subassemblies and final drone/base-station systems.
• Prepare parts, tools and workstations.
• Follow drawings, assembly instructions and test procedures.
• Inspect mechanical parts and electronic components.
• Check screws, fasteners and parts with basic measuring tools.
• Use torque tools and a multimeter according to instructions.
• Configure and test electronic boards and modules.
• Perform pass/fail tests and record results.
• Report quality issues or unclear instructions.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized and safe.
• Support improvements to assembly and test procedures
