Zusammenfassung

Cembra is seeking a skilled professional to design and maintain document templates within our CCM/OMS environment. You will ensure layouts align with corporate design and work with structured data to generate high-quality documents. Collaboration with stakeholders and ongoing BAU improvements are key parts of the role.

Ideal candidates have CCM or document templating experience, familiarity with XML/XSLT, and strong analytical skills. English proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on CCM experience or document templating experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, document generation and templating.
• Experience with structured data formats (XML, JSON, PDF, AFP) and data transformation.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and structured working style.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Very good English skills; German a plus.

What exactly you will do here:

• Design, develop and maintain document templates in an OMS / CCM environment
• Create layouts aligned with corporate design (CI/CD) standards
• Clarify document requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into solutions
• Work with structured data (e.g., XML) for document generation and formatting
• Support operations and continuous improvements (BAU)

What we're looking for:

• Hands‑on experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM), document composition, template development, or Output Management solutions (e.g., Quadient Inspire, Papyrus, OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Alternatively, software engineering experience combined with hands‑on exposure to XML, XSLT, document generation, templating, PDF/AFP processing, data transformation, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, PDF, AFP) and document generation processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Experience in financial services (banking/insurance) is advantageous but not mandatory
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
