Zusammenfassung

Cembra Money Bank AG in Zürich seeks a specialist to design, develop, and maintain document templates within an OMS/CCM environment. You will create layouts aligned with CI/CD standards and corporate design, and clarify requirements with business stakeholders to translate them into practical solutions.

What exactly you will do here:

• Design, develop and maintain document templates in an OMS / CCM environment
• Create layouts aligned with corporate design (CI/CD) standards
• Clarify document requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into solutions
• Work with structured data (e.g., XML) for document generation and formatting
• Support operations and continuous improvements (BAU)

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM), document composition, template development, or Output Management solutions (e.g., Quadient Inspire, Papyrus, OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Alternatively, software engineering experience combined with hands-on exposure to XML, XSLT, document generation, templating, PDF/AFP processing, data transformation, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, PDF, AFP) and document generation processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Experience in financial services (banking/insurance) is advantageous but not mandatory
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
