Novartis is seeking a Director, Corporate Affairs Intelligence, Strategic Insights to help anticipate change, translate trends into actionable guidance, and advise senior stakeholders at enterprise scale. This role sits at the intersection of intelligence, strategy, and Corporate Affairs in a high-visibility environment.

Based in the United States with hybrid arrangements, you will lead initiatives, shape enterprise perspectives, and drive actionable intelligence for corporate decisions

Qualifications

• Translate complex information into strategic insights and executive recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Affairs, communications, public affairs, policy, or reputation management.
• Pharmaceutical/biopharma industry experience with business and external environment acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic intelligence initiatives informing Corporate Affairs and enterprise decisions.
• Turn complex analysis into compelling insights, implications, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Connect external developments to business priorities, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Develop enterprise-level perspectives to shape Corporate Affairs strategy and decision-making.
• Translate organizational priorities into intelligence questions to focus attention on key issues.
• Provide trusted counsel on emerging external dynamics to senior stakeholders.
• Identify intelligence gaps and anticipate developments with potential business or reputational impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across priorities, external developments, and analyses.
• Strengthen intelligence capabilities and ways of working across the function.
