Allucent is seeking a Director, Pharmacometrician to lead population PK analyses and complex modeling within a CPMS environment. You will mentor teams, influence study design, and provide strategic guidance to clients at key milestones, including regulatory interactions.

This role demands a seasoned clinical pharmacology leader with 10+ years in drug development and pharmacometrics, proficient in NONMEM, Pirana and R, capable of driving multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced, client-focused

Qualifications

• This role requires a life science, healthcare or business degree with deep expertise in drug development and pharmacometrics.
• Regulatory report writing experience and familiarity with INDs/NDAs are preferred.
• Proven leadership of clinical pharmacology programs and client-facing communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead population PK analyses using advanced modeling tools and methodologies.
• Develop innovative approaches to enhance PK analysis efficiency and accuracy.
• Design, analyze, and interpret clinical pharmacology studies to guide dosing and sampling strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and own clinical pharmacology deliverables and plans.
• Author and review PK reports and regulatory sections; represent clients in regulatory interactions.
