Qualifikationen

• Packaging engineer or comparable education.
• Min. 15 years experience in luxury packaging development.
• Min 5 years experience leading a team.
• Organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German knowledge is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead the packaging department and sub-teams, ensuring capabilities and capacity.
• Steer and track the packaging budget and support the VP of R&D.
• Act as a technical expert for luxury packaging materials and filling processes.
• Drive feasibility and industrialization of new products and processes.
• Propose new luxury packaging ideas to VP R&D and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance and data management (SAP, SOPs, tests, specifications).
• Oversee supplier selection and changes within packaging.
