You will lead development and commercialization of Lonza's oligonucleotide service offerings, own strategy execution, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or higher in a life sciences or related field with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in commercial or business development within CDMO, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Expertise in oligonucleotide development, manufacturing, or commercialization.
• Strong strategic thinking, program management, and matrix leadership capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and commercialization of Lonza's oligonucleotide service offering and growth strategy.
• Own commercial strategy execution, driving market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Serve as the scientific and technical subject matter expert during customer engagements and conferences.
• Partner with Marketing to create technical content, value props, and thought leadership materials.
