Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science discipline is required.
• Advanced degree (MSc or MBA) is preferred.
• 10–12 years of related experience in operations/GET/MSAT/planning/project management.
• Minimum 3–5 years leading a continuous improvement/lean function.
• Minimum 3–5 years managerial experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Leads JJPS/Operational Excellence and sustains culture of excellence at the site.
• Value Stream Mapping - identifies gaps and delivers reliability improvements for strategic brands.
• DRI for CIP pipeline, yearly site CIP targets, and cost-improvement portfolio in Planisware.
• Ensures adherence to performance management cadence and prepares site performance decks for external reporting.
• Lead deployment of key OPEX initiatives such as Smart Change Over & OEE Program and Golden Batch.
