Qualifikationen

• Degree in life science or chemistry, quantitative/computational subfield preferred.
• 10+ years in consulting and/or pharma industry, with at least 3 years consulting for pharma clients.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, strong market network in Switzerland.
• Strong programming fundamentals and data/architecture understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; German or French at C1 is a strong advantage.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and mentor LS professionals.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities with client networks.

• Spearheading large-scale digital transformations for pharmaceutical clients from strategy to execution.
• Drive pre-sales and sales activities from opportunity identification to proposal development.
• Lead and mentor a 10+ person LS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
