Bayer Basel is seeking an experienced Graphics/Artwork Manager to lead packaging design for consumer health products. You will oversee NPD/re-design graphics, coordinate with agencies, and ensure sustainability and brand guidelines are met.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of packaging materials and processes, with fluency in English and experience in FMCG packaging. Based in Basel, this position is office-based in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in graphics management or equivalent with relevant packaging experience.
• Experience in Consumer Healthcare OTC/Pharmaceutical packaging.
• Strong knowledge of packaging processes, materials and industrialization.

Aufgaben

• Plan, monitor and manage internal R&D and packaging projects.
• Lead graphics operations across key packaging sites and ensure MAW compliance.
• Coordinate design briefs, artwork agency engagement and design strategy.
• Ensure artwork guidelines, sustainability guidance and colour usage rules are followed.
