Aequor Consulting is seeking a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation for the Zurich area. You will lead a global delivery team, shaping strategy and execution across cyber security initiatives from manufacturing to industrial products.

The role requires 10+ years in related industries, deep expertise in security transformations, and strong client relationships. Fluent English plus German or French are advantageous; flexible, international collaboration is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing, pharma, or Industrial Products cybersecurity.
• Experience with global cybersecurity functions: supply chain security, OT security, IAM, transformations, and regulatory awareness (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Knowledge of latest security trends in Security, OT, and Manufacturing.

Position as Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation (m/f/d) at the Zürich location.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution.
• You will help to continue the exciting growth of cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries.
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business.
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
• Delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define their Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to continue a exciting growth in this space.
• Drive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and our clients.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years years' experience working within a manufacturing , pharma or Industrial Products industry
• Experience working with global cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA etc.)
• Industry leading knowledge of the latest technology trends and predictions in the Security, OT and Manufacturing world.
• Ability to conceptualize and pitch the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes.
• Prior security consulting experience is a plus
• Experience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
• Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers.
• Fluent English.
• German or French are a plus.
